Polka Dot Vintage always know how to put on a good show, especially when it comes to snatching up that oh-so-cute Sunday dress or statement macramé bag that your mother had when she was living it up in the 70s. I have always been drawn to the Japanese vintage pieces and managed to score a gorgeous nautical inspired dress with rope print detail and classic anchor gold buttons-- keep an eye out for this outfit post! There was an array of styles for sale from the usual suspects like: Neon Pony, Miss Brown and SuzSuq with something for everyone. Call me a romantic, but, my most favourite part of the market was not the market itself, it was the ambience. Watching the sunset over the ocean took it to a whole new level, a perfect moment in time that you shared with a group of people who all love the same thing as you do.
Love this embroidered bag! The colours would brighten even the dullest of outfits.
These skulls are so creative, it has inspired me to make my own for my dressing table.
Nearly took these gorgeous Jimmy Choo's home with me, the bronze colour make them so easy to coordinate with any outfit. Plus, they actually fit me like a glove!
Lusting over these gorgeous gemstone necklaces, which one is your fave?
I really love when sun hits the subject from behind, dispersing all it's rays like a halo. #lensflaredontcare
My favourite shot, that film like quality is just so warm and inviting.
How sweet are these poesy arrangements? The delicate colours are great for an afternoon soirée.
I have such a weakness for vintage bottles, there is something about apothecary and perfume bottles that gets the heart racing.
Vintage cameras looking mighty fine.
Who could resist cupcakes? Especially that peanut butter one that is staring at me...If only my hips would lie after indulging in one of those.
Beautiful sunset over Scarborough beach
