Firstly, thanks to everyone for following me on my epic journey across Tokyo. I wouldn't have had the strength to undertake such a courageous act of solo traveling without you *high five*. I am ever so thankful for an indescribable experience. Japan is a beautiful country with plenty to offer, from it's culture, food to the unlimited shopping. Being based in Shibuya, Tokyo, it was very central to the major shopping centres along with some quaint restaurants and ramen bars. I indulged in some shopping at Shibuya 109 (a must, for all girls!...Boys, don't worry the Men's variant is just across the road), Uniqlo, Forever 21, Zara and H&M. If you're worried about clothing sizes, fear not. Uniqlo, along with the other European stores are quite generous with their sizing, catering for the western market. Shibuya 109 however, sells mostly free-size clothing which can be a bit of a squeeze so it might be best to avoid it if you're an Australian size 10 and above (that included me..haha!). Shibuya comes to life especially when night falls, it truly transcends to a city of lights and the energy level is switched to high! There are buskers in the street, long lines hanging out of restaurants and people crossing in every direction opposite to yours, you can't help but to smile and be happy in the moment.
