A wonderful day spent in Harajuku, where I got to meet the lovely Yuka from 6% Doki Doki. This gorgeous girl was so accommodating and even let me try on all the new kawaii clothing and accessories. Yuka was recently a part of an art installation by the founder and designer of 6% Doki Doki, Sebastian Masuda, called Colourful Rebellion--Seventh Nightmare (check it out here). It's crazy colourful and everything cute and sweet, wish I had a chance to see the performance. I walked out of the store smiling, with a bag of goodies that I can't wait to wear!If you're looking for an Australian stockist for 6% Doki Doki, I recommend Electric Alice for all your kawaii and lolita needs. Plus, the bad ass girls that run the online joint are awesome!I nommed on a Harajuku crepe filled with creme, crushed roasted almonds and caramel....deluxe, and for a mere ¥400. I'll admit that I even went back for a second crepe to hit the spot, when on holidays you have to forget about dieting. There are plenty of places to shop in Harajuku from the famous Takeshita Dori, Laforet and my personal favourite, Cat Street (perfect for vintage lovers). I purchased a few pairs of sheer patterned socks, tights, and some gorgeous jewellery along with some gorgeous clothes that I can't wait to wear. Stay turned for my coverage on Harajuku street style (coming soon).
