The fragrance of fresh orchids on a summer breeze, all year round. Endless conversations about the late night satay fix, or the flakiest of roti--this is the life of a fellow Singaporean. The hustle and bustle may put some off but that draws me like a moth to the flame, in addition to it's charm one can't forget the exhibit of food, sights and shopping. Singapore can be considered my other home in many ways, my heritage stems from it's very roots so there will always be a piece of my heart that fits nicely here, in it's place.
Always be thankful for the wonderful things in life, the little things. I'm talking about the afternoon strolls by the bay, closing your eyes and absorbing all the sounds of a megalopolis. This city may be small but it has a big heart, just like me...so be sure to give this city the love that it deserves.
While sneaking in-between rain clouds I enjoyed lunch at Kith, indulging in the smoked duck breast sandwich with a honey ginger chai, which was absolutely delicious! I loved the ambience, it was injected with a little Melbourne flair and feel. The music also made me smile with Phoenix and Haim on the playlist--this place could do no wrong.

Prints can work in harmony when they are mixed together, I particularly love bold prints paired with subtle designs. Don't be scared to pair a smaller pattern with something striking and loud, you'll add more life to any outfit without the risk of being too matchy.
Would you dare to clash prints?
