It's always refreshing to see some local designers take stage on the runway, Australia is a country rich with talent, especially in Perth. Runway for a Cause is a charity event with all proceeds going to Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation. The fashion show was held at Coventry Village, decorated and styled exquisitely by the team at WED on Beaufort. I thought that the oversize paper lanterns and acrylic ghost chairs were a nice touch. There was some exquisite collections that were showcased from designers: On A Whim, Red Opium, Catini, LJ Chaplin, S&Sand The Chanting. My favourite collection from the event was by S&S, with her modern take on the classic pieces, electrified with a dash of indian flavour.
I have my eye on that floral S&S jacket, did you have a favourite piece from a featured designer?
