The warmer days are dialling up as we head into Spring in a couple more days. It also means the countdown is on until our beautiful wedding day - we are so incredibly excited, it’s so unreal thinking about it. We will be sure the share all the details and planning after the day, for now it will be kept a surprise for our friends, family and the Nezuki fam.
Thanks to PrettyLittleThing, they helped me get my Spring wardrobe into gear with some pretty new additions that set my heart fluttering. Spring it trans-seasonsal so even though it’s not full blown Summer, there is still a pinch in that evening breeze. Lately, I have been obsessed with ruffles. If you saw my sneak peek into our pre-wedding shoot on Instagram, you’ll know exactly what I mean. The first dress is a perfect shade of dusty pink, ruffles (of course) and ultra-chic. I love the heavy material and it’s shirred waist, paired with a belt means it sucks everything in whilst being so comfortable - a classic for lunch with the ladies.

You know how I can’t resist a print! Especially when it’s a beautiful one like this, I fell in love with the antique pink juxtaposed on a white backdrop. It gave me some serious D&G romantic vibes. The dress comes with a matching sash but I styled it with a belt to give me a more “cinched in” look, and adorned my bag with the sash to tie in all together. It super easy to wear and immediately makes you feel dressed up with little effort. A little tip, the sizing is quite generous for this piece, I recommend ordering your size or size down if you want a snug fit.

Something with a bit more texture, it’s nice to have a mixture of materials in your wardrobe. I like to use a lot of dresses and pair them with blazers or biker jackets to give them a bit more edge. I plan to wear this dress with my pink biker jacket for the cold days too! I love the candy pink colour and plus that crochet design with off-the-shoulder sleeves makes it romantic and sweet. I’ve paired it with a Dior choker and hot pink Kate Spade bag for a preppy look. I’d easily wear this down the streets of Sydney or Shibuya any day.
What do you think? What are you loving for Spring?
